Pam Florich has been a personal assistant and transaction coordinator in the real estate industry for over eighteen years with experience in both residential and commercial properties. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois Pam started her career at O'Hare International Bank as a customer service representative. She relocated to San Diego where she was employed as a legal secretary and then in an administrative position with a corporate law firm. Her attention to detail and organizational skills transitioned into the real estate field effortlessly. She worked for a past president of the CCIM National Association, an organization of commercial brokers. Pam also has a background in marketing and showcasing homes providing printed media and state of the art technology garnering the most comprehensive exposure available. Pam provides the clientele of Suzanne Kropf & Associates with the highest levels of personal service and attention they deserve.

Jan Dunlap is a licensed real estate agent with an extensive customer service background. Jan holds a B.A. degree with honors in Psychology and she has exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
